Papers & Posters for presentation during the conference
scheduled on
11th & 12th July 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Important instructions before submission
Posters and papers that have won medals, prizes, or been published earlier are not eligible.
Prior registration for the conference is mandatory.
One student can submit for one category only (either Paper or Poster).
Guidelines for Papers
Research paper submission instructions
Soft copy of papers should be sent on or before
5 PM,15th June 2026.
No extensions will be granted.
Case reports will not be accepted.

Guidelines for Posters
Poster presentation instructions
Poster template will be shared with all participants 10 days prior to the conference.
Participants are requested to prepare the poster strictly as per the provided template.
All posters should include the title, author details, introduction, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Poster content should be clear, concise, and scientifically relevant.
Final poster submission must be completed before the specified deadline.
Important Notes
Scientific Committee's decision will be final.
Selected abstracts will be presented during the conference.
